Cookie Policy
What cookies and similar technologies COHER8 uses, why we use them, and how you can control your choices.
Last audited: 29 September 2026
What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels and scripts that recognise a browser or record how a feature is used.
Some technologies are strictly necessary for a website or service to work. Others support preferences, audience measurement or marketing and may require your prior consent.
What our audit found
We audited the public COHER8 website on 29 September 2026. At that time, we found:
- no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, advertising network, YouTube or Google Maps embed;
- WordPress and the Kadence theme providing essential site operation and navigation;
- a WordPress browser-storage check used to determine emoji support;
- a Zoho CRM submission form on the COHER8 Navigator page, with Zoho webform analytics removed;
- GDPR Cookie Compliance consent management, including Accept, Reject and settings controls; and
- no advertising or optional analytics trackers currently enabled.
COHER8 blocks optional technologies until you make a choice. You can reject optional cookies as easily as accepting them, choose by category, and reopen Cookie Settings at any time.
Technologies currently relevant to COHER8
| Technology / provider | Purpose | Category | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| WordPress authentication and security cookies | Secure sign-in and administration. These generally apply only to authorised administrators or other signed-in users, not ordinary public visitors. | Strictly necessary | Session or the selected sign-in period |
wpEmojiSettingsSupports — WordPress session storage | Remembers the browser’s emoji-display capability so WordPress can load an appropriate fallback only when required. | Strictly necessary / technical | Browser session |
moove_gdpr_popup consent record — GDPR Cookie Compliance | Stores whether you accepted, rejected or configured cookie categories, so the site can respect your choice. | Strictly necessary | Up to 180 days |
The Navigator sends information to Zoho CRM only when you actively submit its form. COHER8 has removed Zoho’s separate webform analytics script, so Navigator visits are not measured through that component.
Strictly necessary technologies
These enable security, navigation, form submission or other functionality expressly requested by you. They do not require consent where they are genuinely necessary, but we still explain them here.
Analytics technologies
Analytics technologies help measure visits or interactions. Unless a specific legal exemption applies and all its conditions are met, we will request your consent before activating them.
Marketing technologies
COHER8 does not currently use advertising or cross-site marketing cookies on this website. If that changes, we will update this policy and request consent before they are used.
Your choices
You can accept or refuse non-essential technologies through the cookie controls provided on the website. Refusing optional technologies will not prevent you from viewing the public website.
You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage may affect sign-in, forms or other requested features.
You may withdraw consent at any time as easily as you gave it. Use the persistent “Cookie settings” control available on every page to review or change your choices at any time.
Changes to this policy
We will review this policy when we add or change website technologies and will update the audit date above. Material changes to optional cookies will also be reflected in the website’s consent controls.
